Communication/Letterform: Minimalistic Design
http://www.trendhunter.com/photos/97173#!/photos/97173/9
Really cool redesigns of well known products.
"Antrepo Design Industry is a multi-disciplinary design consultancy that aim to change perceptions by giving consumers a dose of minimalism in their designs.
Their latest project includes decompositions of famous everyday product packaging. This includes Nesquik, Red Bull, Durex, Mr. Clean and Nutella. For each product, they worked with the existing packaging and created two alternative versions; the first is a simplified version of the original and another that is very minimalist."

Alan Clarke: Posters for 2010 Olympics
This site is an online resource of the 1972 Munich Olympics. It showcases the visual identity of the Munich Olympics through Otl Aicher and his teams’ iconic designs.
They are a source of inspiration that will be shown here in a comprehensive fashion.
"One of the cultural mile-stones in the field of visual communication, the design of the XXth Olympiad was so successful that it articulated to multi-lingual and mutli-cultural audiences which had never been done so well before. The pictogram system which was devised by Aicher and his team for the games was the perfect example of simplistic information design and has now become the universal standard"

Stephen Spurrier: "The Dehli Diaries, 2006"
"Set of 3 artists books each representing one of the three months the artist spent in Barcelona as artist in residence at the Australia Council Studio." Book can reflect a period of time that it was created. Also, cool shape.
Elizabeth Rotchford-Long. "Winnow" I like how this book was put together.
Very cool concept idea, alphabet theme with sketches of things that accompany the words.

The most ridiculous photo ever seen, technically done and the subject its self. Overlaying of photos and a feathery glow around the singer. Interesting....
